Data was gathered from 80 respondents consisting of technical and nontechnical supporting staffs using self-administered questionnaires. The study discovered that the organizational climate of JKR was positively correlated to job performance of its stats. The study also showed the level of job performance as perceived by the supporting staffs was high. The identity and support dimensions were positively and moderately related with the respondent’s job performance. Job performance of the respondents could be enhanced by inculcating the sense of loyalty and proud to work in the organization and in-group.
