The instruments used in this study were based on the questionaires developed by Schnake (1983) dan also Saleh and Hosek (1976). The respondents for this study were 120 teachers comprising 20 males and 100 females. The data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. In general, 92.5% of the respondent had high work motivation and all the respondents perceived their schools as having fairly condusive and condusive school climate.
