Summary:This research is to find out the student's problem at secondary schools. The purpose of the study is to concentrated on the relationship between five independent variable with the student's problem at secondary school. There are five independent variable which are teaching process , class management , co-curriculum management , peers and the environment of the school. The objectives of the study is to look out the factors that influenced the problem among secondary school students. The respondent in this study are form two students at several secondary schools in Kubang Pasu district. There are 500 respondents give good feed back out of 650 questionnaires that were distributed. The analysis of this study is done by descriptive study using T-test and Pearson Correlation test for testing the hypothesis. The result shows that there is no significant relationship between sex, race and UPSR test with student problems. In addition, the study also shows that there is no significant relationship between teaching process, school management, co-curriculum management and school environment with the student's problem. Hopefully, this study will give good insight to the theory and concept due to student's problem and this study can be used as reference at District Education Department, State Education Department and Ministry of Education.
