Respondents were chosen through random sampling of the total number of recipients of 2,357 people. The beneficiaries are divided into two categories of eligible recipients under the program and Agro-based Agro-Based Industry. Based on the latest information Agro-based entrepreneur is about 1,333 people, while the number of Agro-based entrepreneur is about 1,024 people. This study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. It also uses techniques of field study using questionnaire. In addition, the technique of face to face interviews were carried out to strengthen data and information. This study employs a cross section of the collected data simultaneously, only one time in each location were identified. In addition, participant observation method was also used in this study. The data collected were analyzed using Statistical Package Program of Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that the assistance provided does not show high efficacy and a lot of things and programs that need to be arranged by the agency and the government itself to ensure that the target can be achieved. Through this study, researchers also could reflect the demographics of entrepreneurs in the Muda area. Based on the findings in this study, it is proposed that the MADA should give greater emphasis on entrepreneurial attitudes and knowledge in managing the business. In addition, the relevant authorities need to learn and look at successful entrepreneurs to learn and then use the knowledge gained to help other entrepreneurs. If all this can be practiced targets would be achieved.
