Web Based Online Volunteer Trainer System (OVTRS)
description Nowadays, Training programs for rural community can be costly due to the travelling cost, the cost of setting up training materials, and other costs needed in order to carry out training programs in the rural areas. Therefore, a Web Based Online Volunteer Trainer System (OVTRS) is a sufficient method to offer lower cost training as well as increasing the number of the training events offered to rural communities involved in the ITU-UUM Asia Pacific Centre of Excellence for Rural ICT Development programmes. Research Design Methodology was adopted in this project with its five phases, which includes: Problem identification, System design, System development, System evaluation, and System deployment, The prototype was developed to determine, analyse, test, and validate the user's requirements in order to rate the usability of this system. Furthermore, the prototype was evaluated using USE questionnaire and the usability results were presented and discussed as well.
