description The purpose of this study is to know the impact of e-management on organizational performance a case study at University Utara Malaysia. Furthermore, the study was conducted to explain the importance of changing from traditional management to electronic management. This research is approached by using survey method to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The findings and conclusion of the study will depend on the fully utilization of statistical data collected and analyzed using SPSS. Hopefully, the final report and the result of this study will be achieved successfully in helping future research.
