A total of 45 school cooperative teachers from 15 secondary schools in Sungai Petani town area were respondents of this research answering the questionnaires. The results of the hypotheses using correlation test and multiple regression test shows positive relations between functions and management skills with the successful of school cooperative management. The finding of this study reveals positive relation between writing communication skills and verbal skills with the success of school cooperative management.
