Group support is the highest number of workers for Kedah Sungai Petani Municipal Council (MPSPK). They play a very important role in ensuring MPSPK operations run smoothly and effectively to local residents. Many support groups are given salary or wages relatively low compared to the officers MPSPK others. However, because they are the backbone and assets to MPSPK factor remuneration or incentives is very important to be used as a catalyst to boost the group's motivation in producing quality work. This is because the higher the economic stress over the years, will lead the group morale will fall and the fear of disrupting their current performance. Therefore this study
is to analyze further on the provision of incentives to boost support group for their motivation back. Apart from providing incentives to increase motivation is also expected to help improve the quality of life of workers MPSPK help boost the performance of the department from time to time. This study is expected to contribute to new ideas to the local authority or local authorities in the provision of incentives are necessary to help improve staff performance, especially for the support group. |
