总结:The main aim of this research is to determine the attitude, the level of knowledge and skills of discipline teachers in managing discipline in secondary schools in the district of Saratok and to identify the relationship between (a) attitude of discipline teachers and the level of knowledge towards discipline management and (b) the attitude of the discipline teachers and the level of skills of discipline management. The sample consisted of 55 teachers from five secondary schools in Saratok, Sarawak. The instrument used for gathering the information on respondents profile, attitude, knowledge level and skill level is a set of questionnaire. The study for the questionnaire showed the realibility coefficients Alpha Cronbach 0.963. The data was analyzed using the Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 17.0. The data was analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, percentage, t-test and Pearson's Product-Moment Coefficient of Correlation. Descriptive statistics was used to present the profile data of the respondents, attitude, knowledge and skill level of the discipline teachers. T-test was used to identify the differences in their attitude, knowledge and skill levels. Pearson's Product-Moment Coefficient of Correlation was used to identify the relationship between the attitude of discipline teachers and their knowledge and skill levels according to their experience as discipline teachers. The results of this study showed (1) the attitude and the knowledge and skill levels of the teachers are moderate; (2) there was no significant difference between attitude, knowledge and skill level of male discipline teachers and female discipline teachers; and (3) there was a significant correlation between attitude and knowledge level, attitude and skill level based on their experience in discipline management
