description This study aims to examine the factors that influence the readiness to change among teachers of secondary schools in Kubang Pasu, Kedah. There are three dimensions of the independent variable namely attitude toward change, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. A total of 320 sets of questionnaires were distributed to teachers of secondary schools in Kubang Pasu, Kedah and only 274 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Data were analyzed using the "Statistical Package for Social Science" (SPSS) version 22.0. The findings show that these three factors as attitude toward change, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment has a positive significant relationship to the readiness to change. Based on regression analysis showed that attitude toward change and organizational commitment has significant impact on the readiness to change among teachers of secondary schools in Kubang Pasu, Kedah. While for perceived organizational support factor have no significant relationship affects the readiness to change
