description This study aims to examine the factors that influence the level of awareness of safety and health among employees ACM Sdn Bhd, Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. There are three independent variable namely employee commitment, safety training and Involvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Committe (JKKKP). A total of 235 sets of questionnaires were distributed to the employees of ACM Sdn Bhd and 234 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Data were analyzed using the “Statistical Package for Social Science” (SPSS) version 21.0. The findings show these three factors as employee commitment, safety training and Involvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Committe (JKKKP) has a positive significant relationship to the level of awareness of safety and health. While the regression analysis showed that all three of these factors significantly affects the level of awareness of safety and health among employees in ACM Sdn Bhd, Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah
