Summary:The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the attributes of Administration Officers towards awareness on the high performance organization (HPO). A total number of 103 Administrative Officers were randomly selected from various Departments in UUM. Using a survey method, these respondents were completed a set of questionnaires on attributes (Administrative Officer) towards awareness on the high-performance organizations, namely: (1) characteristics of high performance employees; (2) the relationship among employees; and (3) the challenges in building organization. The data was analyzed using Pearson Correlation, t-Test, and Multiple Regression. The results showed a significant relationship among three variables− characteristics of high performance employees, the relationship among employees, and the challenges in building organization, which also known as internal and external factors to employees (Administrative Officer) to achieve the highperformance organization. Findings also found that a quality of leader attribution is able to develop a good team performance and increase the organizational performance. In this regard, this study found that a positive relationship among all variables can be considered as the main factors that contribute to the development of high-performance employees (HPE) and maintaining the successful of high performance organization. Future research on the effect of internal and external factors on attribution of the Administrative Officers in achieving the objective of high performance organization should be conducted.
