Summary:The purpose of this study was to see factors which influenced lecturers attitude in using computer in their administration management. In this research, the dependent variables was attitude towards the usage of computer whereas the independent variables were age, gender, post, computer training, computer facilities and administrator encouragement. The research was conducted with a sample of 97 lecturers in Sultan Abdul Halim Teachers Training Collegge, Sungai Petani, Kedah. The required data were collected through the use of questionaires using Likert Scale. The research showed that only computer training and computer facilities factors which haved a significant relationship between the lecturer attitude towards the usage of computer in education management. In order to increased the use of computer among lecturers; it was suggested that positive steps be taken to reduce the constraints.
