الملخص:The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee motivation factor and organizational commitment among Selangor Tabung Haji staffs. This study will also look at the differences in demographic characteristics of motivation and organizational commitment. This study used questionnaire to get data from 60 respondents. Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0 was used to analyse the data. The result of statistical analysis has found that there is a significant relationship between motivation factor and organizational commitment. Analysis also shows that motivation factor has influence on organizational commitment. The results of the study are expected to be useful inputs to Tabung Haji's management to plan and strengthen workers and organizations in par with other organizations in Malaysia.
