From the data, it was found that the GDP growth rate for Kedah is the second last in Malaysia. Besides that, researcher found that the economic growth is not balance to the saving. Various methods and procedures were used to increase the saving via compulsory and voluntarily. Some of the methods are such as by producing variety of products and instruments to encourage deposits in order to prevent from depending on foreign funds to fulfill the 2020 mission. Researcher think that, Kedah state should have updated previous and current data’s so that researchers could bring out the state from the list of poverty in Malaysia.
