The objectives of this study is determine the relationship between self-efficacy and parental influence towards career choice. This study is focus on undergraduate students of Universiti Utara Malaysia. A total number of 320 students were participated in this study. The findings of the study discovered that there are significant relationship between self efficacy and parental influence on the student’s career decision making.
