Using the self-administer questionnaire, this study involved 201 respondents from professional and management group from IT personnel Mesiniaga Berhad, Subang Jaya Selangor. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.0 has been used to analyse the data in this study. Correlation analysis results shown there are strong relationship between career planning and organizational commitment, while the r value for regression analysis was 0.23. That's mean in this study 23 percent of organizational commitment was explained by career planning.
