| الملخص: | This study explores in developing a system prototype for the Patient Medical Record History (PMRH) in the health care centre at UUM. This project aims to enable physician and patients to get access to the Patient Medical Record History (PMRH), and get needed information from anywhere and at any time. This will change the PMRH from the tradition way to save and retrieve the data from the patient records which is the paper work, into computerized method and by implementing the web based applications to provide the ability to access this information from anywhere and at any time. |
