From this study, Islamic work ethics was measured to identify the relations and influences on employees' job satisfaction and commitment towards their organization. Questionnaire contains of four (4) sections was developed to measure demographic background, Islamic work ethics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The data from this study was analyzed by using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, 2013) version 22 software.
