description The purpose of this study are ( I ) to investigate the level of ethical behavior among the public servant (2) to detect the significant deference of ethical behavior based on demographic factors: gender, age, working experience with organization and education level (3) to identify the relationship between dimension of ethical work climate (EWC and ethical behavior and lastly are (4) to examine EWC the influence of EWC dimension toward ethical behavior of the public servant. These surveys have been done at 3 selected public organizations in Negeri Sembilan. There are 111 respondent h m 205 respondent have been given feedback to this survey. Ethical behavior were treated as dependent and EWC as independent variable. The result showed that there are no different of ethical behavior base on demographic factors. Meanwhile the relationship result showed that only the self interest, organization interest and efficient have the negative and significant relationship between ethical behaviors. While, the regression showed that our model was not significant. This is reasonable because of the ethical climate in public organization is not clear or not yet determined. The findings can be propose to relevant party to arrange activities or training that could increase level of ethical behavior among public servant. Instead of that, ethical climate should be cleary identified.
