Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between safety procedures and rules, management support for safety and safety training to safety awareness among Assistant Medical Officers and Health Nurses at Kluang District Health Office. The information was collected through the distribution of questionnaire to 92 respondents who served in all health facilities of Kluang District Health Office. The results of the study indicated that safety procedures and rules have a significant positive relationship to safety awareness.
