The selection of respondents among the Assistant Medical Officers is due to their work which is constantly exposed to dangerous hazard while on duty. Safety management practices comprised management's commitment, safety training, employee involvement, safety communications and feedback, safety rules and procedures, and safety promotion policies. This study used the questionnaire in the data collection procedure. Data of this study is analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The findings showed that employees’ involvement and safety promotion policies had positive and significant relationships on safety compliance behaviour among the respondent, while other variables did not display the results as predicted in Chapter Two.
