A total of 180 employees from facility company representing a response rate of 100% participated in this study. Data were collected through questionnaire. Three hypotheses were tested using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. The findings indicated that working condition and supervisor role were significant and positively related to employee performance.
