Summary:Training is an efficient way to improve performance every employees and training is also a major factor in attaining the goals and objectives of any organisation. Training effectiveness is to measure the effective and ongoing application of trainees’ knowledge and skills gained from training to their jobs performance in their organisations. This study was to determine the relationship of training design, training delivery, facilities, self-efficacy and training effectiveness. This study was done through quantitative and a total of 300 questionnaire had been distributed to employees at the agriculture development authority in Kedah and Perlis but only 264 were returned and accepted. The result revealed the mean value of training effectiveness is 3.974 (N = 264). The result of correlation analysis showed that training design, training delivery, facilities and self-efficacy have correlation with training effectiveness. The multiple regression result showed that training design and self-efficacy have significant relationship with training effectiveness while training delivery and facilities have no significant relationship with training effectiveness
