Summary:Job satisfaction is an important aspect for every organization. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of leadership, work environment and commitment toward job satisfaction among employees in Yayasan Islam Negeri Kedah. This objective of this studies is to investigate the influence of leadership toward job satisfaction, to investigate the influence work environment toward job satisfaction and examine the influence of commitment toward job satisfaction. Quantitative method was used where questionnaire was distributed to a total of 120 respondent, randomly a total of 92 questionnaires were successfully returned back and analyse with Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). The results found that there was significant positive influence between leadership, work environment and commitment support toward job satisfaction. It is shows that the organization should play a significant role in order to keep their employee always satisfy to their job because it may bring so many benefits to the organization.
