This study was conducted in Bayan Lepas district, Penang. Besides, the study subject is manufacturing employees, and the method used to complete this project is through a questionnaire of 298 respondents. The findings indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between role conflicts and strain. The result also shows not a significant correlation between quantitative job demands and job performance.
