Research shows several variables that have influences employee job satisfaction, including salary, job tasks, responsibility, relationships with supervisor and co-workers, work environment, and personal growth. However, studies on employee job satisfaction in a non-profit organization are limited. Non-profit organizations face challenges with employee job satisfaction issues due to a lack of financial sources. Therefore, it is imperative to understand the factors that can influence employee job satisfaction in non-profit organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job enrichment, transformational leadership, and recognition with job satisfaction among employees in one non-profit organization. Data was collected through the self-administered questionnaire. The Multiple Regression analysis of 159 respondents from a non-profit organization was tested to achieve research objectives.
