The objective of this study is to examine the influence of every independent variable on discrimination in workplace. The study involved 130 numbers of employees. This is a quantitative research so in order to analyses the data that been collected Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) has to be used in order to see the relationship between independent variables which is race, gender and disability on dependent variable which is discrimination in workplace. This study had recognized race, gender and disability as a factor that may influence discrimination in workplace. More importantly, based to findings gender positively influence discrimination in workplace but for the race and disability case this variable will not positively influence discrimination in workplace.
