Sampel yang terdiri</p><p>daripada 333 orang kakitangan daripada lima Hospital Muhammadiyah berkelas C dan</p><p>lima Hospital Muhammadiyah berkelas D di Jawa Timur dipilih menggunakan teknik</p><p>pensampelan rawak berstrata berkadar. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Pemodelan</p><p>Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa efikasi kendiri</p><p>(=0.573, p<0.05), persepsi sokongan organisasi (=0.017, p<0.05), hubungan sosial</p><p>di tempat kerja (=0.237, p<0.05), dan kesediaan perubahan (=0.195, p<0.05)</p><p>mempengaruhi prestasi kerja secara signifikan dan positif. Dapatan juga menunjukkan</p><p>kesediaan perubahan sebagai pengantara yang signifikan (p<0.05) dalam hubungan</p><p>antara efikasi kendiri, persepsi sokongan organisasi, dan hubungan sosial di tempat</p><p>kerja dengan prestasi kerja. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian menunjukkan bahawa</p><p>efikasi kendiri, dan hubungan sosial di tempat kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap</p><p>prestasi kerja. Persepsi sokongan organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja.</p><p>Kesediaan perubahan menjadi pemboleh ubah mediator pengaruh efikasi kendiri.</p><p>Implikasinya, dapatan kajian ini berupaya menjadi rujukan bagi tadbir urus pengurusan</p><p>Hospital Muhammadiyah di Jawa Timur bagi meningkatkan prestasi kerja di hospital,</p><p>iaitu dengan memberi penekanan kepada aspek efikasi kendiri, persepsi sokongan</p><p>organisasi, hubungan sosial di tempat kerja dan kesediaan perubahan.</p>
