description <p>Keperluan komponen kecergasan adalah berbeza bergantung kepada jenis sukan yang</p><p>dipraktikkan. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenalpasti komponen kecergasan</p><p>dominan bagi pemain sepak takraw wanita elit. Kajian ini menggunakan dua kaedah</p><p>analisis iaitu melalui rakaman video perlawanan dan pengukuran prestasi</p><p>countermovement jump (CMJ) pemain. Analisis rakaman video dilakukan terhadap</p><p>perlawanan sepak takraw semasa Sukan SEA 2019 melibatkan empat buah negara.</p><p>Manakala pengukuran prestasi CMJ pemain melibatkan lapan orang pemain wanita elit</p><p>SUKMA Perak. Analisis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan jumlah ulangan penggunaan</p><p>komponen kecergasan yang dilakukan semasa pertandingan manakala pengukuran</p><p>prestasi CMJ dilakukan untuk mendapatkan profil daya-halaju pemain. Hasil dapatan</p><p>kajian mendapati komponen kecergasan dominan bagi pemain sepak takraw wanita elit</p><p>ialah kuasa (M = 56.00 + 4.97) dan masa reaksi (M = 56.00 + 13.44). Dapatan kajian</p><p>komponen kecergasan dominan bagi posisi apit kiri (perejam) dan tekong ialah kuasa</p><p>manakala bagi apit kanan (pengumpan) ialah masa reaksi. Dapatan kajian bagi profil</p><p>daya-halaju menunjukkan terdapat defisit halaju (velocity). Kesimpulannya, keperluan</p><p>komponen kecergasan adalah berbeza mengikut posisi pemain. Oleh yang demikian,</p><p>dicadangkan agar program latihan yang dirangka adalah mengikut keperluan posisi</p><p>pemain. Selain itu, latihan bagi mengurangkan defisit halaju perlu ditekankan untuk</p><p>meningkatkan komponen kecergasan kuasa dan masa reaksi.</p>
