Terdapat 11 orang pakar terlibat</p><p>dengan temu bual dalam fasa penilaian. Data bagi temu bual dianalisis secara tematik</p><p>menggunakan ATLAS.ti 9 sementara buku rekod bacaan dianalisis secara diskriptif.</p><p>Data bagi soal selidik pula dianalisis menggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi. Dapatan fasa</p><p>analisis keperluan menunjukkan kesepakatan pakar terhadap keperluan membangunkan</p><p>Garis Panduan Pelaksanaan Program Komuniti Membaca (GPPPKM). Dapatan fasa</p><p>reka bentuk dan pembangunan pula menunjukkan kesepakatan pakar terhadap konstruk</p><p>dan elemen bagi membangunkan GPPPKM iaitu memenuhi syarat nilai threshold lebih</p><p>kecil daripada 0.2 (d<0.2), kesepakatan pakar melebihi 75% dan nilai alpha-cut</p><p>melebihi 0.5 (-cut>0.5). Proses defuzzification menunjukkan keutamaan konstruk</p><p>Komuniti (92%) yang dijadikan fokus kajian. Dapatan fasa penilaian menunjukkan</p><p>kesepakatan pakar terhadap kebolehgunaan garis panduan menggunakan aspek</p><p>teknologi, kebolehgunaan dan pelaksanaan. Kajian ini dapat mengatasi masalah</p><p>pelaksanaan program membaca serta membantu pelaksana Dasar Galakan Membaca</p><p>(DGM) melaksanakan aktiviti membaca dalam kalangan komuniti. Aplikasi GPPPKM</p><p>dalam komuniti memberi impak yang besar terhadap kegiatan membaca seterusnya</p><p>berupaya memupuk tabiat membaca dalam kalangan masyarakat Malaysia.</p>
