<p>Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengkaji hubungan amalan kepimpinan teknologi dengan</p><p>peranan kepimpinan pertengahan dalam kalangan pemimpin pertengahan kolej</p><p>vokasional di Zon Utara, Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif</p><p>bersifat tinjauan. Kajian kuantitatif ini melibatkan satu sampel kajian terdiri daripada</p><p>185 pemimpin pertengahan melibatkan 22 buah Kolej vokasional di Zon Utara iaitu</p><p>Perak, Perlis, Kedah dan Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan soal selidik</p><p>amalan kepimpinan teknologi adaptasi daripada The Principal Technology Leadership</p><p>Assesment (PTLA) dan soal selidik peranan kepimpinan pertengahan adaptasi daripada</p><p>Middle Leadership Roles Questionaire School Edition (MLRQ-SE). Data yang</p><p>diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi menggunakan perisian SPSS IBM</p><p>Versi 27.0. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan amalan kepimpinan teknologi (M=3.65,</p><p>SP=0.538) dan peranan kepimpinan pertengahan (M=3.59, SP=0.635) berada pada</p><p>tahap sederhana. Analisis inferensi pula melibatkan ujian -t sampel bebas, dan ujian</p><p>korelasi Pearson. Ujian-t sampel bebas menjelaskan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan</p><p>bagi amalan kepimpinan teknologi berdasarkan jantina: t=2.87(183, p<0.05) dan</p><p>amalan kepimpinan teknologi juga berbeza berdasarkan latihan kemahiran berkaitan</p><p>ICT: t=2.39(183, p<0.05). Seterusnya ujian -t sampel bebas menjelaskan terdapat</p><p>perbezaan peranan kepimpinan pertengahan berdasarkan jantina: t=2.30(183, p<0.05).</p><p>Manakala, tahap peranan kepimpinan pertengahan juga berbeza berdasarkan latihan</p><p>kemahiran berkaitan ICT: t= 2.24(183, p<0.05). Analisis Korelasi Pearson</p><p>menunjukkan amalan kepimpinan teknologi mempunyai hubungan yang positif pada</p><p>tahap sederhana dengan peranan kepimpinan pertengahan iaitu (r=0.606, p<0.05). Oleh</p><p>itu, kajian ini mendapati wujudnya hubungan yang signifikan antara amalan</p><p>kepimpinan teknologi dengan peranan kepimpinan pertengahan dalam kalangan</p><p>pemimpin pertengahan kolej vokasional di Zon Utara, Malaysia. Implikasi kajian ini</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa amalan kepimpinan teknologi perlu dikemaskini dan</p><p>diperkasakan secara berterusan untuk meningkatkan kualiti peranan kepimpinan</p><p>pertengahan kolej vokasional yang lebih mantap dan berfokus.</p> |
