Kajian</p><p>rintis dijalankan untuk melihat kebolehpercayaan dan kesesuaian soal selidik.</p><p>Manakala Alpha Cronbach digunakan untuk mengukur kebolehpercayaan soal selidik.</p><p>Nilai kebolehpercayaan Alpha Cronbach untuk mengukur tahap persekitaran keluarga</p><p>mempunyai tahap kebolehpercayaan 0.880. Soal selidik berkaitan konsep kendiri</p><p>diubahsuai daripada Skala Konsep Kendiri Tennessee daripada Fitts & Wareen</p><p>(1996) yang mempunyai tahap kebolehpercayaan 0.834. Manakala soal selidik bagi</p><p>personaliti pelajar pula diubahsuai daripada Soal Selidik Personaliti daripada Eysenck</p><p>& Eysenck (1975) yang mempunyai tahap kebolehpercayaan 0.532. Reka bentuk</p><p>kajian ini dijalankan melalui kaedah tinjauan dengan menggunakan soal selidik</p><p>sepenuhnya bagi mengumpul data. Penganalisisan telah dilakukan berdasarkan data</p><p>yang diperoleh. Data-data mentah seterusnya dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan dalam</p><p>bentuk huraian dapatan. Berikutnya, dapatan daripada analisis telah digunakan untuk</p><p>menterjemah dan menjawab semua soalan kajian yang telah dibuat. Ujian korelasi</p><p>digunakan untuk menganalisis adakah terdapat hubungan antara persekitaran</p><p>keluarga, konsep kendiri dan personaliti dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Selain</p><p>itu, ujian-t juga digunakan untuk menganalisis perbezaan antara persekitaran</p><p>keluarga, konsep kendiri dan personaliti mengikut jantina dan lokasi. Dapatan kajian</p><p>ini melalui ujian korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara</p><p>pemboleh ubah persekitaran keluarga dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Manakala</p><p>bagi pemboleh ubah konsep kendiri dan personaliti menunjukkan tidak terdapat</p><p>hubungan yang signifikan dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Selain itu, analisis</p><p>ujian-t menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara pemboleh ubah</p><p>persekitaran keluarga, konsep kendiri dan personaliti mengikut jantina dan lokasi.</p><p>Kajian yang dilaksanakan mempunyai beberapa implikasi kepada masyarakat</p><p>Malaysia khususnya kepada ibu bapa dan pihak sekolah termasuk kepada guru</p><p>bimbingan dan kaunseling. Hasil kajian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber</p><p>maklumat tentang perkara yang menyumbang kepada pencapaian akademik pelajar</p><p>masa kini. Penemuan kajian melaporkan tentang bagaimana aspek persekitaran</p><p>keluarga menyumbang kepada pencapaian akademik pelajar. Oleh itu, beberapa</p><p>cadangan telah dikemukakan bagi meningkatkan persekitaran keluarga, konsep</p><p>kendiri dan juga kecenderungan personaliti pelajar yang positif dalam usaha</p><p>meningkatkan pencapaian akademik mereka.</p>

Manakala</p><p>bagi pemboleh ubah konsep kendiri dan personaliti menunjukkan tidak terdapat</p><p>hubungan yang signifikan dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Selain itu, analisis</p><p>ujian-t menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara pemboleh ubah</p><p>persekitaran keluarga, konsep kendiri dan personaliti mengikut jantina dan lokasi.</p><p>Kajian yang dilaksanakan mempunyai beberapa implikasi kepada masyarakat</p><p>Malaysia khususnya kepada ibu bapa dan pihak sekolah termasuk kepada guru</p><p>bimbingan dan kaunseling.
