Kajian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengupayaan dan dimensi</p><p>pengupayaan terhadap kepimpinan dan prestasi kerja ketua panitia di sekolah</p><p>menengah di negeri Pahang. Seramai 278 orang ketua panitia dari 39 buah sekolah</p><p>menengah di negeri Pahang telah dipilih sebagai responden kajian dengan</p><p>menggunakan kaedah rawak bersrata. Instrumen Empowerment Indicator Survey,</p><p>Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ 5X) dan Prestasi Kerja digunakan dalam</p><p>kajian ini. Perisian SPSS 23 dan SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan bagi melaksanakan analisis</p><p>kajian ini. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa ketiga-tiga pemboleh ubah berada</p><p>tahap tinggi (pengupayaan, 4.208; kepimpinan,4.000; prestasi kerja, 4.121). Analisis</p><p>mendapati tidak terdapat perbezaan antara kepimpinan transformasi dan prestasi kerja</p><p>berdasarkan jantina. Analisis ANOVA menunjukkan pengalaman mengajar tidak</p><p>memberi perbezaan terhadap kepimpinan ketua panitia (F (2,275) = 0.167, p 0.05)</p><p>sebaliknya memberi perbezaan kepada prestasi kerja ketua panitia F (2,275) = 3.383, p</p><p>< 0.05. Analisis PLS-SEM pula mendapati terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan</p><p>antara pengupayaan dengan kepimpinan ( = 0.383, t = 7.321, p < 0.05) dan</p><p>pengupayaan dengan prestasi kerja ( = 0.439, t = 8.614, p < 0.05). Dimensi membina</p><p>motivasi di bawah pengupayaan dikenal pasti sebagai pengaruh utama terhadap</p><p>kepimpinan transformasi dan prestasi kerja ketua panitia. Analisis juga mendapati</p><p>amalan pengupayaan pada median rendah menyebabkan kualiti kepimpinan</p><p>transformasi ketua panitia merosot tetapi tidak memberi kesan kepada prestasi kerja</p><p>mereka. Mana kala pengupayaan yang diamalkan pada median yang tinggi</p><p>mempengaruhi kualiti kepimpinan transformasi dan prestasi kerja ketua panitia.</p><p>Berdasarkan dapatan kajian, jelas menunjukkan pengupayaan yang dilakukan oleh</p><p>pengetua memberi impak kepada peningkatan kepimpinan dan prestasi kerja ketua</p><p>panitia kerana mereka mampu mengembangkan kecekapan dan meningkatkan</p><p>kemahiran profesional mereka sebagai pemangkin kecemerlangan pelajar dan sekolah.</p><p>Implikasi kajian ini mencadangkan amalan pengupayaan diamalkan dan menjadi</p><p>budaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja ketua panitia.</p> |
