Instrumen kajian ini telah</p><p>diadaptasi daripada Learning Organization Questionnaire for School (LOQS) dan</p><p>Teacher Leadership Inventory (TLI). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap amalan</p><p>organisasi pembelajaran (min = 4.27, SP = 0.27) dan tahap kepimpinan guru (min =</p><p>4.42, SP = 0.35) berada di tahap tinggi. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan</p><p>terdapatnya hubungan positif yang signifikan pada tahap amat kuat antara kedua-dua</p><p>pemboleh ubah ( r = 0.79, p < 0.01). Kesimpulannya, kajian telah menunjukkan</p><p>amalan organisasi pembelajaran mempunyai hubungan yang amat kuat dengan</p><p>kepimpinan guru. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan organisasi pembelajaran boleh</p><p>meningkatkan kepimpinan guru dan sesuai dipraktikkan oleh semua sekolah.</p>
