Sampel kajian</p><p>ini terdiri daripada 327 orang pensyarah kolej matrikulasi KPM yang dipilih melalui</p><p>pensampelan berstrata dan rawak mudah. Tahap budaya organisasi diukur dengan</p><p>menggunakan Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). Manakala tahap</p><p>kompetensi emosi pensyarah diukur dengan menggunakan Emotional and Social</p><p>Competency Inventory (ESCI). Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) digunakan untuk</p><p>mengukur tahap amalan kepimpinan pensyarah. Analisis deskriptif min dan sisihan</p><p>piawai untuk menjawab persoalan kajian satu, dua dan tiga. Manakala, Pemodelan</p><p>Persamaan Berstruktur (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis persoalan kajian empat,</p><p>lima, enam dan tujuh yang melibatkan hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tahap</p><p>budaya organisasi ( u = 7.57; o = 1.142) , kompetensi emosi ( u = 7.57; o =</p><p>1.155) dan amalan kepimpinan ( u = 7.65; o = 1.109) pensyarah adalah tinggi.</p><p>Kompetensi emosi mempunyai kesan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya</p><p>organisasi (B = 0.38; p = 0.001). Selain itu, budaya organisasi mempunyai kesan</p><p>yang positif dan signifikan terhadap amalan kepimpinan pensyarah (B = 0.68; p =</p><p>0.001). Manakala kompetensi emosi tidak mempunyai kesan yang positif dan tidak</p><p>signifikan terhadap amalan kepimpinan pensyarah ( B = 0.07; p = 0.133) . Hasil</p><p>analisis pekali laluan regresi piawai adalah 0.08 menunjukkan kesan langsung antara</p><p>kompetensi emosi dengan amalan kepimpinan tidak signifikan. Oleh itu, budaya</p><p>organisasi merupakan mediator penuh dalam hubungan antara kompetensi emosi</p><p>dengan amalan kepimpinan pensyarah. Dapatan dan cadangan kajian dapat dijadikan</p><p>penanda aras kepada pihak pengurusan untuk merencana dan membuat</p><p>penambahbaikkan dalam program peningkatan profesional. Budaya organisasi,</p><p>kompetensi emosi dan amalan kepimpinan dalam kalangan pendidik memainkan</p><p>peranan yang penting dalam kecemerlangan sesebuah organisasi pendidikan. Oleh itu,</p><p>hasil analisis kajian ini merupakan bahan rujukan untuk pengurusan pendidikan dalam</p><p>merancangkan strategi pendidikan pada masa akan datang. Oleh itu, kajian ini memberi</p><p>sumbangan kepada kesusasteraan kepimpinan dalam bidang pendidikan di Malaysia.</p>
