Kajian kualitatif menggunakan reka bentuk</p><p>kajian kes intrinsik. Peserta kajian adalah enam orang iaitu dua orang didiagnos sebagai</p><p>bipolar kategori I dan empat orang didiagnos sebagai bipolar kategori II. Alat kajian</p><p>temu bual klinikal protokol separa berstruktur telah memperoleh kesahan pakar</p><p>daripada 22 orang pakar yang terdiri daripada pakar perunding psikiatri, pakar psikiatri,</p><p>pakar perubatan keluarga, pegawai perubatan, pakar psikologi klinikal, pakar terapi</p><p>pertuturan bahasa, pakar psikologi kaunseling dan lain-lain. Data kajian dianalisis</p><p>melalui analisis tematik dengan menggunakan perisian daripada Atlas.ti 9. Dapatan</p><p>kajian bagi persoalan kajian pertama memperoleh lima subtema iaitu tekanan sebelum</p><p>mendapat kecelaruan bipolar, simptom gejala yang dihadapi ketika fasa mania,</p><p>simptom gejala yang dihadapi ketika fasa kemurungan, distorsi merujuk pemikiran</p><p>yang dialami sewaktu dalam fasa kemurungan dan fasa mania dan sokongan. Selain itu,</p><p>persoalan kajian kedua memperoleh enam subtema iaitu pemikiran, emosi dan tingkah</p><p>laku sewaktu fasa mania dan lain-lain. Seterusnya, persoalan kajian ketiga memperoleh</p><p>dua subtema iaitu refleksi sesi pertama dan refleksi sesi kedua. Rumusan kajian ini</p><p>mendapati bahawa individu yang mengalami kecelaruan bipolar mempunyai pola</p><p>pemikiran yang tidak rasional dan Teknik Penstrukturan Kognitif berdasarkan Neo-</p><p>CBT dapat mengurangkan gelaja dan simptom bipolar yang dihadapi. Implikasi kajian</p><p>ini memberikan alternatif penggunaan Teknik Penstrukturan Kognitif berdasarkan Neo-</p><p>CBT untuk diaplikasi oleh kaunselor dalam profesion kesihatan mental bagi membantu</p><p>individu yang mengalami kecelaruan bipolar.</p>
