Summary:This study is aimed to identify the relationship between organizational learning and innovative work behavior among BAIAH primary school teachers. The objective is to identify the level of organizational learning dimension and the level of teachers innovative work behavior. The methodology of this research is based on quantitative with exploratory design where a set of questionnaire consisting of three sections has been distributed and collectedfrom 160 respondents. The questionnaires were based on the Organizational Learning and Teachers Innovative Work Behavior indicators that have been modified and used in several studies. The data was collected and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic. The findings showed that, there was a high significant relationship between organizational learning and innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, the findings also showed there are relationship between the three dimensions of organizational learning and teachers Innovative work behavior. The implications of this study showed that management authority have to establish a clear policy, and planned and organized program that will allowed members of the organization to understand on how important of organizational learning to develop the innovative work behavior of the teachers.
