總結:This research was to determine the agility level among players of different playing positions in netball through agility training. Subjects for this research were divided into experimental and control group with 15 players for each group. The experiment group went through the Angle-Board Drills-Side-to-side Skier and Zigzag-Cone Drills training for six weeks. All subjects went through the Quadrant Jump and 10 Meter Shuttle Run agility test before and after intervention. Data was analysed with SPSS version 11.5 using Independent Sample T-Test and One Way ANOVA. The mean level for jumping agility of the experimental group showed significant improvement from (18.5 1.9) to (21.9 2.3) and for running agility from (13.5 0.8) to (13.1 0.9) after training. Besides that, there were significant differences among playing positions for the Quadrant Jump, F (df=2,12, p0.05)=0.03 and the 10 Meter Shuttle Run Test, F (df=2,12, p0.05)=0.10. The significant level was determined at p0.05. The Quadrant Jump Test of players in the attacking position showed improvement of 4 jumps compared to other playing positions. The 10 Meter Shuttle Run Agility Test of players in the centre position showed less running time of 38 seconds. This showed that the Angle-Board Drills-Side-to-Side Skier training is suitable for players in the attacking position and the Zigzag-Cone Drills is suitable for central position players. Findings showed that the six week agility training is an effective training method to increase the agility level of netball players in all playing positions.
