Summary:This research is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of using the Autograph software in the teaching of Quadratic Function Graph. The format used in this research is Quasi Experiment non-equivalent group design. The teaching and learning of Quadratic Function Graph using the software was carried out in one of the schools in Tapah, Perak. A comparison is then made with the traditional method of teaching this topic to Form Four Science stream students. A total of students (intact group) are selected as respondents. The students test achievement is based on the different increase in the mean score test (post pre) between the treatment and the control group. The test questions were prepared according to the levels of knowledge, understanding and application of concept (according to the Taxonomy of Bloom) in the topic. The result shows that the increase in the achievement mean score of the treatment group is overall better in the topic of Quadratic Function Graph, including knowledge and understanding level questions compared to the control group. Meanwhile, t-test shows that there is no significant difference in the result of the level of application questions. Research had also found that teaching using Autograph software has given a positive impact on students motivation level in the treatment group.
