A total of 100 graduate and non graduate and also with experienced and less experienced teachers from ten schools in Batang Padang District were selected as samples for this study. The purpose of this study is to gauge the teachers interest on ICT, usage of ICT equipment and the problems they are facing when using ICT in teaching and learning Mathematics in school. For this purpose all samples were answered the questionares which were prepared by the reseacher. Datas obtained from the questionares were analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences) and interpreted to fulfil the survey questions. The results show that more than 80 % of the teachers were given a positive perception about ICT and also show that several aspects of weakness. The main obstacle is they do not awake in using ICT in the classroom.
