Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian iniialah borang soal selidik imageri pergerakan (MIQ-R), video modeling, audio imageri serta borangrekod percubaan servis. Dapatan kajian berdasarkan ujian t bersandar yang dijalankan telahmenunjukkan bahawa terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara ujian pra dan ujian pasca dalamketiga-tiga kumpulan imageri bersama video modelling iaitu gerak pantas [servis bawah (t=-5.228,p<0.05) servis atas (t=-2.905, p<0.05)], gerak sebenar [servis bawah (t=-5.676, p<0.05) servisatas (t=-9.872, p<0.05)] dan gerak perlahan [servis bawah (t=-4.009, p<0.05) servis atas(t=-12.913, p<0.05)] tetapi bagi ujian MANOVA bagi pencapaian pasca perbandingan di antaraketiga-tiga kumpulan ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan (p>0.05). Kesimpulandaripada kajian ini menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi pemain berlaku dalam semua kumpulan selepasintervensi imageri dengan tiga kelajuan dilakukan. Walaubagaimanapun perbezaan peningkatan prestasiini tidak begitu ketara perbezaannya antara kumpulan. Implikasi kajian ini, menunjukkan bahawalatihan imageri video modeling pelbagai kelajuan berguna dalam meningkatkan prestasi pemain bolatampar bagi kedua-dua servis atas dan bawah yang dilakukan. Namun, kelajuan imej yang berbezasemasa imageri termasuk ketika menggunakan video tidak memberi kesan yang besar kepadaperbezaanprestasi servis pemain.
