Kajian tinjauan ini telah dijalankan disembilan buah negeri di Malaysia melibatkan 250 usahawan PKS. Data telah dianalisis menggunakanteknik Partial Least Squared Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Dapatan kajian menunjukkanbahawa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor individu (β = 0.341, p<0.05), teknologi (β =0.382 p<0.05) dan persekitaran (β = 0.245 p<0.05) dengan niat dan juga penggunaan s-dagang. Faktorperubahan persekitaran didapati tidak berperanan sebagai penyederhana (r = 0.082) antara niat danpenggunaan tetapi berupaya meningkatkan kekuatan hubungan antara niat dan juga penggunaan sebanyak0.15. Hubungan-hubungan ini telah membentuk satu model penerimaan dan penggunaan s-dagang yangmempunyai ketepatan ramalan relevan peringkat sederhana. Implikasi kajian ini boleh dijadikanrujukan kepada agensi dan usahawan PKS dalam mempertimbangkan kemungkinan untuk menggunakans-dagang ke arahkemajuan perniagaan.
