Subjek kumpulan rawatan mengikuti intervensi ABC dengan elemen cabaran tahaprendah (Low Element Challenge Course) dan diproses dengan kaunseling kelompok. Manakala kumpulankawalan pula mengikuti latihan konvensional di kem PLKN seperti biasa. Alat ujian Skala EfikasiKendiri dan Resilien ditadbir bagi mendapatkan data pra-ujian dan pos-ujian. Data dianalisismenggunakan Perbandingan Min, Ujian t Berpasangan, ANCOVA dan Pos-Hoc pada aras nilai signifikan0.05. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa rawatan dengan modul ABC berkesan dalam meningkatkan efikasikendiri dan resilien dalam kalangan subjek kajian. Dapatan kajian turut mendapati rawatan modul ABCdapat meningkatkan efikasi kendiri berdasarkan jantina dan kaum. Kesimpulannya kajian mendapatibahawa faktor jantina dan kaum tidak mempengaruhi kesan rawatan. Kajian ini memberi implikasibahawa modul ABC boleh dijadikan sebagai salah satustrategi latihan untuk pelatih di kem Program Latihan Khidmat Negara.
