Data telah dianalisi secarastatistik deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan transformasi(M =4.06, SD =0.126), komitmen organisasi (M=4.08, SD =0.202), dan organisasi pembelajaran(M=4.06, SD=0.126) berada pada tahap tinggi.
