Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubunganyang signifikan antara tahap amalan kepimpinan transformasional dan komitmen kerja guru (r=0.185, p = 0.00). Dapatan kajian turut menunjukkan bahawa pemboleh ubah kepimpinan transformasional pertama iaitu membina visi dan matlamat sekolah ( = 0.22, p = 0.00)merupakan pengaruh utama terhadap komitmen guru diikuti dengan menjadi teladan terhadap nilai-nilaipenting organisasi ( = 0.19, p = 0.00), menunjukkan prestasi kerja yang tinggi ( = 0.19, p =0.00), menyediakan rangsangan intelektual ( = .15, p = 0.00), menawarkan sokongan secara peribadi( = 0.12, p = 0.00), dan membangunkan struktur serta menggalakkan penglibatan dalam proses membuatkeputusan ( = 0.15, p = 0.00). Sebanyak 31 peratus variasi di dalam komitmen kerja guru diterangkan oleh pemboleh ubah bebas. Kesimpulannya, kepimpinan transformasional gurubesar mempengaruhi komitmen kerja guru di sekolah rendah yang menerima Bai`ah diSarawak. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan kepimpinan transformasional boleh meningkatkankomitmen kerja guru dan sesuaidipraktikkan oleh semua pemimpin sekolah untuk pembangunan sekolah.
