Summary:The main objective of this study is to know the reality of teaching Arabic in women's mosques inHenan Province, China, especially in the field of teaching methods and the problems faced by femaleteachers and female students during teaching and learning Arabic. The study was based on thehistorical method of discovering the establishment of women mosques in Henan and its teachingArabic language. The field approach was used to highlight the teaching methods and the problemsthat teachers and students face when teaching and studying the Arabic language through the methodof observation and interview. The study also used descriptive and analytical methods. Datacollection was two questionnaires one of them for teachers and another one for students. It has twosections. First, bio data of teachers and students. Second, general information that includesteaching methods by Arab teachers, problems faced by them and students in teaching and learningArabic as a foreign language, suggestions and opinions in improving teaching methods.The population of the study is students who learning Arabic in five mosques for women as arandom sample of 100 students has been chosen. The sample 10 teachers has been chosen. The totalnumber was 110. The method of data analysis is percentage and frequency method using SPSS system.The research successfully garnered the following results: there is no ideal method in teachingArabic language because every method has its own advantages and disadvantages. The overall processof implementation of teaching and learning Arabic in womens mosques in Henan Provence, Chinais a success, but there are many aspects that need to be improved. Hence, the researcherpresented some recommendations and suggestions to improve the curriculum and methods ofteaching Arabic language in mosques forwomen in Henan Province, China.
