Hasilnya, kompetensi guru pelatih dalam PBD dikonsepsikan terdiri daripada konstruk pengetahuan, kemahiran, dan sikap terhadap PBD. Pada fasa pembinaan item, sebanyak 183 item berskala jenis Likert 5 mata telahdibina. Berdasarkan cadangan pakar, sebanyak 63 item digugurkan dan lima item ditambahmenjadikan jumlah keseluruhan item menjadi 125. Analisis Cohen Kappa menunjukkan wujud konsistensipersetujuan pakar terhadap kesesuaian item-item yang dibina (K = 0.66 hingga 1.00). Pada fasapengujian item, instrumen dengan 125 item ini telah ditadbirkan kepada 565 orang guru pelatihdi tiga buah UA. Analisis faktor pengesahan menunjukkan tiga model pengukuran yang telahdihipotesiskan (pengetahuan, kemahiran, dan sikap) adalah sepadan dengan data di mananilai indeks padanan adalah memenuhi tahap minimum ditetapkan (CFI>0.9, RMSEA
