Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan instrumen soal selidikPenilaian Kendiri Modal Insan dan Penilaian Kendiri Persekitaran Sekolah berdasarkanaktiviti kokurikulum yang telah dijalankan selama enam bulan terhadap murid lelaki dan perempuanberumur 13 tahun di negeri Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk pra eksperimental kaedahOne Group Pre Test-Post Test. Seramai 380 sampel kajian dipilih dengan menggunakan kaedahsampel perkadaran, melibatkan sepuluh buah sekolah yang mewakili lima daerah di negeriPerak. Analisis pair sample t-test menunjukkan min skor pasca keseluruhan modalinsan dan persekitaran sekolah lebih tinggi berbanding ujian pra. Analisis One-Way ANCOVA pulamenunjukkan perbezaan min skor modal insan dan persekitaran sekolah dalam skor pascaadalah signifikan dengan mengawal kesan kovariat berdasarkan jantina dan lokasi. ManakalaRegresi Berganda menunjukkan aspek dimensi sosial, dimensi pembinaan kendiri dan dimensifasiliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan modal insan. Kesimpulannya, persekitaran sekolahdapat memberi pengaruh yang signifikan ke atas modal insan terhadap pelibatan murid-murid dalamaktiviti kokurikulum. Implikasi daripada kajian ini dapat menghasilkan instrumen sebagai alatpengujian, pengukuran dan penilaian bagi mengenalpasti prestasipencapaian modal insan. |
