The effect of six weeks CoBAgi training on coordination, dynamic balance & agility of adolescent handball players
description The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of six weeks CoBAgiTraining on coordination, dynamic balance and agility of adolescent handball players in order toimprove performance. Quasi-experimental design with pretest and posttest evaluation was usedfor this study. A total of 30 adolescent handball players from SMK Lahat were chosen asparticipants using purposive sampling methods. The participants were assigned randomly into twogroups consists of control group (CG: N=15) and experimental group (EG: N=15). The EGundergone CoBAgi Training three times per week for six weeks while the CG continue with theirnormal standard training program. Carioca Test was used to measure coordination, Star ExcursionBalance Test (SEBT) was used to measure dynamic balance and L-Run Test was used to measure agility.Pretest and posttest of SEBT Test score, Carioca Test score and L-Run Test score were recorded forboth EG and CG. The data were analyzed using Independent Samples t-test with p
